Build an SEO-Friendly Blog with Astro + Cursor (Rules, MDX Posts, Deploy on Vercel with Custom Domain). In this video, I will build a new blog for VibeShip.Club on the subdomain blog.vibeship.club using Astro with Tailwind and TypeScript inside Cursor. We will scaffold the project, run the dev server, and set up GitHub for version control with regular commits and pushes. Then add a logo, then create persistent Cursor rules from attached brand and design guideline documents, plus separate coding standards and simple blog business-logic rules. After planning, they generate an SEO-friendly blog scaffold, add six MDX posts, confirm post pages and RSS work, and push the updated code. Finally, we deploy the project on Vercel, connect the GitHub repo, and configure the custom domain via Cloudflare DNS using TXT verification and a CNAME record, making the blog live.
