By accessing or using VibeShip.club ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated as part of the ClickSkills initiative.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' accounts; scrape or automate access beyond normal use; upload harmful or illegal content; or violate any applicable laws. Content you post (e.g. ship-logs, prompts) may be visible as described in the Service and must not infringe others' rights.
Pro membership is billed annually via Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may cancel in accordance with the subscription flow; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We own or license the Service, its design, and our branding. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content to operate the Service. Community prompts and vault materials may be subject to additional terms where indicated.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
